1. Franchisor details. Alto Coffee Co. Pty Ltd (ACN 612 004 219). This disclosure document is provided under the Franchising Code of Conduct 2025.

2. Business experience. Alto Coffee has franchised since 2014 and operates 68 sites across NSW, VIC and QLD.

3. Litigation. There are no current legal proceedings of the kind required to be disclosed.

4. Payments to franchisor. Initial franchise fee $50,000; ongoing royalty 6.0% of gross sales; marketing levy 2.5% of gross sales.

5. Establishment costs. Total investment $285,000–$430,000 all-in, including fit-out and working capital.

6. Franchise numbers. Over the last four years the network opened 32 sites, closed 8 and transferred 12.

7. Marketing fund. Contributions are pooled and applied to national and regional brand marketing; audited annually.

8. Cooling-off. You may terminate within 14 days of signing or making a non-refundable payment and receive a refund, less the franchisor’s reasonable expenses.

9. Dispute resolution. The Code’s dispute-resolution procedure applies, including mediation and the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman.
