• ACCC Franchise Disclosure Register — brand entries, register status (weekly sync)
• Franchisor disclosure documents — fees, network history (item 6), term
• ABS Census & SEIFA — population, income, growth by market
• ASIC — registered entity, ACN, directors
• Mapping / places data — competitor density within a trade area
