Built to the Franchising Code (remade Regulations 2024, in force 1 April 2025). Deadline engine
Your annual register confirmation, disclosure-document update and specific-purpose-fund statement, each with a red/amber/green status and escalating reminders, so a dated obligation is far less likely to slip past a person.
The statutory clocks
The 14-day disclosure period and the 14-day cooling-off period are tracked from the triggering event. If a signing is recorded before disclosure is issued or before the 14 days have elapsed, the tool flags it as non-compliant rather than silently accepting it.
Stage gates
The pre-entry sequence, information statement → disclosure → advice → signing → cooling-off, is sequenced and the tool warns when a step is recorded out of order. You can still record what actually happened, including an offline or early signing, so the evidence trail stays truthful and the exception is flagged, not hidden.
Disclosure builder & pairing
Draft the key disclosure items, publish a version, and the exact version you issue is paired to each candidate. If the document changes after issue, the record flags it before signing.
Append-only evidence log
Every action, issued, acknowledged, e-signed, is written to an append-only log with a timestamp and actor, per candidate: the trail an ACCC information request would draw on.
