Lead consent policy
1. Express consent, per enquiry
We do not sell, auction or broadcast your details. A franchisor receives your enquiry only where you have ticked an express consent box that names that specific purpose, connecting you with that franchisor about that opportunity. Consent is never bundled into unrelated terms and is never assumed from silence or inactivity.
- Express, purpose-specific consent checkboxes at every point where an enquiry can be sent.
- Consent is opt-in, never pre-ticked.
- Browsing, using the free tools, or reading a report never triggers a lead, no consent, no enquiry is sent.
2. What we record
For every enquiry we keep an audit-ready record: the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the purpose it covered. This lets us demonstrate, for each lead, that it was sent with your permission.
4. Electronic messages (Spam Act 2003)
Any commercial email or SMS we send identifies us and includes a functional unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is honoured promptly and suppresses further commercial messages of that type across the platform. Franchisors who receive your enquiry are separately responsible for their own compliance with the Spam Act in any messages they send you.
5. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time, use the unsubscribe link in any message, or contact us via our contact page. Withdrawing consent stops future sharing and messaging; it does not undo an enquiry already delivered at your request.
6. How this fits our Privacy Policy
This policy sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how Toradigm Pty Ltd collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles.
