Franchise resales are listed by the franchisor on FranchiseScope, within their subscription. That means no individual listing fee and no commission, and a sale that stays compliant and on-brand. Register your details and we route them to your franchisor to publish.

No listing charge. Unlike a broker at 8–12% commission, or a paid classified, listing a resale here costs you nothing, your franchisor lists it as part of their plan.

How it works

  1. Pick your brand, we identify your franchisor.
  2. Add the resale details: asking price, reason for sale, lease.
  3. Choose public or confidential (NDA-gated) visibility.
  4. Add photos and documents.
  5. We notify your franchisor, who confirms the transfer and lists it, free.

Selling questions

How much does it cost to list my franchise for sale?

Nothing. There is no individual listing fee and no commission. Resales are listed by your franchisor on their FranchiseScope account, which is included in their subscription.

Why does the listing go through my franchisor?

Most franchise agreements and the Franchising Code require franchisor consent to a transfer. Listing through your franchisor keeps the sale compliant, on-brand, and in front of buyers already engaged with the network, at no cost to you.

Can I hide my brand while I sell?

Yes. In confidential mode your brand and exact location stay hidden until a buyer signs a short in-platform NDA. Category, suburb and financials are still shown so genuine buyers can assess the opportunity.

I'm a franchisor, where do I list a resale?

From your dashboard: create a listing and choose “Franchise for sale”. It's free and counts within your subscription's listing cap, alongside your new-territory openings.
